Qualifications of being a Tour Guide of Topchinatrave
First, you have been licensed and certified by the national tourism administration.
Second, you must have more than 3 years' working experience as a tour guide. Also, good language competence, good professional ethics and high sense of responsibility are required. You should be familiar with business of tour guide, with rich and extensive knowledge of tourism as well.
Third, being trained with professional reception knowledge and passing the evaluation of your performance before being able to receive guests are necessary. Be acquainted with the operation procedure of TCT team and the requirement of reception to offer high-quality service for our guests are obligatory.
Forth, one would be requested to sign a formal labor contact with Topchinatravel or a local travel agency which have cooperation with TCT.
Fifth, our tour guide will be scored every time after he/she finishes receiving our guests. In addition, all tour guides of TCT will receive an overall evaluation of their performance in a whole year at the end of each year. If one gets low score in the evaluation, he/she will be replaced.
