We were recommended to use Rachel from TopChinaTravel.

We are so happy we took the advice. The process of booking the tour from start to end was very professional. Rachel understood what is necessary for us because we were travelling as a family of four adults and 3 children coming to China for the first time from two continents for our holidays.

Rachel was very prompt with her emails and whats app messages, she even replied after midnight China time occasionally. Most people do just mainland China but we wanted Hongkong and Maccau included in the trip. Once our travel citied were finalised Janet emailed us a detailed itinerary with time and tour details which I thought was amazing. As we went for a full tour package including bed and breakfast, sight seeing and transfers between cities we had all the time to enjoy China in its beauty.

It was a zero headache trip as every thing was taken care of for us. I will definitely recommend TopChinaTravel and Rachel Chan who is a very capable person in sorting out a hassle free China Experience. If I go back I will use them again.
