After breakfast, drive from Paro for about 2 hours to Haa Valley, which is a picturesque hamlet located in the southwestern region of Paro. It is really a heaven for nature enthusiasts and trekkers. We will have a great view of the temples and Lhakhang dotted throughout the valley. Then we will go and up to the Chele La Pass at 3990 meters, where we will enjoy the magnificent view of Mt. Jhomolhari and Haa Valley. Overnight in Haa Valley tonight. There is an optional mountain bike ride recommended to you if you are interested in it.

In the morning, we will set off for the capital city Thimphu via the Chele La Pass again. We will drive through the traditional settlements and the rice terraces on the way. In Thimphu, we will find it a center of commerce with bustling and hustling streets. In the afternoon, we will visit the National Textile Museum and the Memorial Chorten.

Today we will explore the Thimphu Valley. Firstly, we will visit the National Library. It collects a lot of priceless Buddhist manuscripts. The Institute for Zorig Chusum also named the Painting School is our next stop, where the students will learn the courses about 13 Bhutanese traditional arts and crafts for 6 years. Then continue our trip to the Simply Bhutan, which is a place you can experience the Bhutanese culture and heritage, such as tasting the local wine and butter tea, practicing the traditional sport, etc.
Lunch is arranged at a local restaurant to savor the authentic Bhutanese food. Then keep visiting Changangkha Lhakhang, Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha Point), and Simtokha Dzong. You will have a good insight into the belief of Bhutanese by visiting these three religious stops. In the evening, take a visit to the Tashichho Dzong, a Buddhist monastery and fortress, which hosts the biggest annual bash, Tsechu festivals as well as many national events of the city.

Today we will have a light hiking tour to the magnificent Taktsang Monastery (The Tiger's Nest). In the morning, the local guide picks you up from the hotel and start a hike to the Taktsang Monastery, an important Buddhist pilgrimage site at 3140 meters in the Himalayas. This temple is the meditation site of Guru Rinpoche. Enjoy the stunning landscape and spectacular architecture. Picnic lunch is offered today at the Paro Valley. Overnight in Paro tonight.

With a guide's escort, enjoy an enchanting Paro Valley trip today. The first stop is Paro Dzong, which is towering over the valley. Then visit the National Museum also called Ta Dzong, which displays collections of Bhutanese treasures, artworks, etc. Move to Kyichu Monastery and drive out to the ruins of Drugyel Dzong, which is situated at the northern end of the valley. This Dzong was originally constructed to commemorate the victory over the Tibetan army. Back to Paro, you will enjoy leisure in the town after lunch.
