Haikou is the capital city of Hainan Province, China’s second largest island, is the center of politics, economy, and culture, as well as a newly-constructed International port city. As the capital city, Haikou enjoys the convenient transportation. Hence, it is usually served as the first stop for the visitors coming to Hainan Province. The typical sight f the city are the lined coconut trees along the street and the colorful neon light shining at the dark blue sky at night.
