Best time to visit Chengdu in Sichuan Province will be from March to June and from September to November. It is warm and wet all year. The annual temperature averages 16°C. To summarize the climate of Chengdu, it has “an early Spring, hot Summer, cool Autumn and relatively warm Winter”. It is very misty all year, and the sunny days are few. July and August are the hottest time in Chengdu.

♦ Best time to Visit Jiuzhaigou
The best time to visit Jiuzhaigou is in the late Spring and the Autumn, especially in Aprils, Mays, Septembers, and Octobers. At this time, the water resource is very adequate, lots of waterfalls and brook here and there.

Besides, the winter also can be a good season for appreciating snow vies of Jiuzhaigou, but during this time, whether you could go to Jiuzhaigou or not is depending on the weather, no flights will be served because of the snow days.
